Instead of providing a step-by-step guide, as a producer you're expected to integrate yourself into the process and figure it out.

Here at [P1], we're flexible with systems and processes, so expect regular changes. Currently, our team operates on a two-week sprint cycle. We aim to deploy and test increments on Wednesdays, demo day, an open testing day involving multiple indie communities.
